Your product is great, but I am finding out everytime something causes itching. I usually took it in the evening because it does make me sleep better & within an hour middle body itching & also some rashes. I need to check my body level & I haven't done that yet & maybe one of my other supplements may have a trace of zinc in them so I get an overload. So your product is great & I will continue to pop one in my diet, but not on a steady regime. Your articles & talks are very informative & you have great wisdom. Elizabeth
