I have had A-fib episodes on and off since 2007. I prefer a natural approach similar to what my ND recommended many years ago to me. I was looking for a potassium supplement and found this bundle of products so I'm giving them all a try. The Heart Beet is my favorite. I like the taste added to my smoothies. I feel like my energy level is up and this is great since I also have Hashimoto's. I believe these to all be great products to add to my regime! I am hoping to stay out of the hospital as much as possible this coming year.
